I’m not sure why I was refunded. I’ve been waiting on this outfit for almost a month now just to find out. It’s been sold out after I purchased it. That’s a very depression and very disappointing. I have plans with this outfit. Is there a way you can compensate me cause that’s what I want. The Alfie and I did not see the money in my account. I really wanted the Alfie. I’m not sure why I was canceled just for someone else to get it when I bought it first.

Hi Wanda! I’m really sorry for the misunderstanding love.
Your purchase on October 2nd was for the $15 thong only, not the $65 Michaela Dress. I emailed you that same day you ordered to double check and confirm your selection, because I didn’t want you to open the package with the thong you purchased, expecting a dress.
After five days without a response, I refunded you the full $24.90 on October 7th rather than send something you may not have wanted.
I also want you to know the dress was never sold out, and your order was not canceled for another customer. I made 4 of them, one sold locally at the club, and I actually still have one in my studio.
I’ll email you screenshots of my attempt to reach you along with confirmation that your refund was processed.
My intention was simply to prevent an incorrect order from being shipped. I apologize for the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation 🧡

This set is so beautiful and even more beautiful in person. Made very well and durable. Stone accents feel and look like amazing quality. I’ve bought many outfits from here. This is definitely a favorite.
