SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship within **1–2 business days.

 

**Shipping Speeds:  -

Economy Delivery: May take up to 2 weeks to arrive.  
-Express Delivery: Timelines are guaranteed by the carrier, not Teaser Designs.

> Orders placed after 4 PM Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

 CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation.  
Rush service is available for an additional fee.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via **USPS** and transfer to your country’s local carrier.  
Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or import fees*

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is shipped, Teaser Designs is not responsible for loss or theft.

- Track your package using the number provided.  
- If unavailable during delivery, contact your carrier for alternate arrangements.  
- If your package is marked **Delivered** but you suspect theft, file a police report and carrier claim.

ADDRESS ERRORS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.

- Returned orders will require a new shipping fee to be resent.  
- If we do not receive a valid address within **10 days**, the order is **forfeited**. No refunds issued.
