IMPORTANT SHIPPING TERMS

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Ready to ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  - Shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout.
  - Once your order is handed to the carrier, Teaser Designs is not liable for any delays.
  - Delays due to USPS or other carriers are outside of our control.

Custom orders are excluded from standard processing times.
Custom turnaround varies depending on design complexity. Estimated turnaround will be discussed before purchase.

We strongly recommend choosing*express shipping if your order is time sensitive.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Teaser Designs is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Orders returned due to address errors will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
